I made a very reasonable offer on a boat in the morning and was told by the salesman he would get back to me after talking to the manager or owner. They never bothered returning my call. When I spoke to them in the afternoon they had just sold the boat to another buyer without ever giving me a chance to offer full price. That is not how I do business and I will never do business with them.

I was a regular customer at Heartland outdoor but after my trip to the store today I will not be returning. They have jacked prices on ammo and reloading supplies to where it is 2 to 3 times the retail value. I understand that ammo is harder to find at this time but it is sad to see stores (actually this is the only store I have witnessed this at) starting to jack their prices to take advantage of the situation we are in. I will take my business and money elsewhere and I will make sure everyone I know will do the same. I will not support a business that is taking advantage of the customers.

This mall is so sad and its mainly because of extremely poor management. Dan Flores is the mall manager and should seriously be fired. I manage one of the stores currently at the mall and he has poor communication plus, he is very rude and a jerk to say the least! There's leaks that need fixed that he refuses to even look at. When we had the winter storm I called the office several times and to see if the mall was open and no one picked up. I assumed that the mall was closed . then found out later that the mall was open on that day! I called and asked what phone number I could call from now on to see if when the mall is closed and Dan refused to give any numbers and said I would have to just listen to the radio stations. That's bs!!!!! I operate 5 other stores in Kansas and i have emergency numbers for all of them! Dan needs to retire and let someone who knows how to run a business take over before this mall loses all of its business. By the way, the mall rent is cheap but because I don't want to deal with Dan or his peons anymore I'm moving my business to 17th street. Congrats Dan you've lost another store!

I hate this place. Twice they've screwed me over. I should've learned the first time i bought a defective game not to shop there but it took two times to make me never go there again. If you do shop here beware of defective games. Game on you've lost my business.

I called Bartlet plumbing one morning, after we woke up to discover we had no water in our house. 2 guys showed up within a couple of hours. They took a look and told us that we needed a new pump and pressure tank. Deron called me with an estimate. They completed the entire job within several hours. i just went to the this place yesterday...it was not very good...some of the food was cold...the chicken didnt taste like chicken...and the place was dirty...i will never eat there again...one word NASTY!!!!

Went to the restaurant at approx 6 pm on New Years Eve. One of the seaters parked so close to our vehicle I was unable to get of my side of the vehicle and then proceeded to go I to the restaurant without saying a word. The waitress took our food order and was told that we would like chips and salsa to start. Before our chips and salsa arrived, our food was delivered. Needless to say what a way to end the year. I received 2 gift cards for Christmas and I am not in a big rush to go back.

Good quality food that is more expensive than most fast food but it is worth it.

We purchased a table and six chair set which we had delivered and set up in our home. The quality of the delivered item was not the same as the set in the store. The legs had broken edges that were stained over and the table was not flush and had an obvious wobble. We had the table replaced and the legs were okay but the new table also wobbled. The delivery crew and I checked that our floor was flush and it was. We took the delivery but had to put a padded felt disc on one leg. A few years before we bought a futon from them and paid to have it treated for stain resistance. When it arrived it was still in the original plastic from the manufacturer, clearly not treated. They agreed they had not treated it even though we paid for it. Overall, the quality of the furniture they sell has declined over the last few years. There was a time when an item from the Sleepe Shoppe meant quality but those days seem to be over.

Can't figure out why this a busy lunch destination? Decent bland food but not something we would crave regardless of price. Salad Dressing was surprisingly good. Meat is too soggy and tasteless. Hot sauce should be labeled mild. Would be great only if they changed to real mexican-style chips and taco shells, not use the stuff that tastes like the cardboard boxes they came from.

Friendly & Upbeat atmosphere although: Warning: It's a Private Club for smokers, making outsiders feel not so welcome. If there was a sign posted saying it's a private club we didn't see it. If there isn't a sign, then there should be one so outsiders can choose to stay away if they don't want to be put on the spot in front of the whole crowd.

Regardless of any language barriers, the service was excellent and the food outstanding! Service was very attentive and respectful. So many choices of food combos that you have to find something that will fit your cravings and at very affordable prices. Fast & Friendly.

Big Screen TV's seem even bigger when your face-to-face with them. Diverse "after-work, if they work" crowd of mostly men watching sports. Bartender was sweet & pretty with a creepy bar-back always watching everything she did in the cramped little place. We went for the specials heard advertised on the radio, but there were "NO Sunday Specials" darned the luck.

Happy Hour draft beer for $1., food is decent but can get pricey if you add bacon and cheese to the standard burger it will be a $9.75 with boring crinkle cut frozen fries. Nachos look huge for $8. Service can be slow and indifferent depending on the staff available. Ample parking and seating, usually not very crowded. Lots of Sports TV's. Clean restrooms.

Delicious!!! Friendly service, Great BBQ. We had the shredded pork & baby back rib dinners for two with one sweet tea & a water cost us a little over $20. craving more a.s.a.p. Stuffed potatoes looked huge and really popular.
