We at The Renaissance Shoppe are dedicated to the outfitting and supply of those hardy souls who brave the blades of fate and slings of weather to prowl the lanes at Renaissance Festivals and everyone else who just enjoys having fun. We bring to you sterling silver, pewter and natural stone jewelry, custom leather work, wood crafts, fur and leather pouches, incense and oils, crystals and stones, cloth goods, and supplies for various religious beliefs and more.

We started attending Renaissance Festivals around 1982. One visit was enough to ensnare us in the thrall of the atmosphere and excitement of this thrilling experience. By the next spring we were outfitted with the clothing and characters of our new personas. We watched and talked with the street performers and developed our own acts. We also developed a division of crafters to sell handcrafted items at the Faires. We have performed at the one and only Topeka Fantasy Faire, Norman OK Medieval Faire, Faire of the Midlands in Council Bluffs IA, the Iowa Renaissance Festival and Harvest Faire, Colorado Renaissance Festival in Larkspur CO, Southern Illinois Renaissance Festival, Scarbouough Faire in TX, Abiline Renaissance Festival in Abiline, TX, and have done school talks and exhibitions and we continue to perform when our schedules allow.
