Best pizza I have ever eaten. Hands down. This is saying something, pizza is my favorite food. You have to try this!

talk about deja vu all over again! jillian's reminds me of many of the small, family-run neighborhood ristorantes i enjoyed so much while livng in kc & houston. & more closely to home, its hands-on management & just-hip-enough atmosphere brings back fond memories of the sandtree when hod & sharon ran it. the staff - such as hostess melynn, bartender rob & servers joley & keisha - set the mood by being consistently personable & attentive - without being intrusive. i have had a couple of meals - 2 out of 20 - that i didn't appreciate, but then i like what i like. suggestions: a knockout eggplant parmesan, ironed shirts for the staff & a new hairdo for jill (not much you can do for gary's!).

I have to believe that some of these negative reviews were written by jealous competitors. Jillian's is absolutely the best place to eat in Hutch. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, the service is outstanding, the menu selection is broad and the decor is the best in Hutch! I eat out 3-4 times a week, between lunch and dinner and have tried every restaurant in Hutch. If you drive up main street on a Friday night, you will see that Jillian's is packed. People vote with their feet and their $$$ and Jillian's is great! I recommend a reservation for dinner, but there is no need for a lunch reservation

Once again, a completely bad experience. How can you screw up pasta so bad? Service is less than good. We were ignored most of the evening.

Great food,service and atmosphere. Definitely give the Wood-Fired pizza a try. The Caesar salad is as fresh as you will every have in a restaurant. This place rocks!! If you have not visted go for lunch when it is less crowded. Then make a reservation for dinner when you leave.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! Pizza was alright, pasta was flavorless. What a let down to have done such work to a building and yet have so much lacking in the food AND service. Complained politely, guess it fell on deaf ears. Very disappointing.

Service was good. Wasn't overly impressed with the pizza.
