Softest Touch Family Dental - Hello my name is Dr. Jay Stucky, and I have been practicing in Hutchinson since 1993 as a general dentist. My practice is focused on the prevention of dental diseases, and educating patient's of all ages in the latest techniques for maintaining good health over their lifetime.
I grew up and worked on my family's farm near Pretty Prairie, which my father operated while practicing dentistry in Hutchinson for 34 years. In 1981, I graduated from high school and shortly therafter enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. At the end of my tour duty, I had "seen the world" and had the new GI bill to pursue a college education. I returned home and decided to get my degree and work with my father in his dental practice. After 7 years, in 1993, I came home once again, with my doctor's degree (DDS) from the University of Nebraska. Dr. John Stucky then retired in 1995, after 34 years of outstanding service to his patients and our community. I have been married since 1985, and am blessed with a wonderful wife and 3 boys who are our primary focus in life. My desire to be the best I can be, both personally and professionally, is reinforced everyday in an effort to set a good example for our children. My professional philosophy, and the mission statement of my practice is that; We are dedicated to providing the latest in quality, compassionate dental care for you and your family...the softest touch.
