Monica assists Dr. Gust chairside with patients and takes records. She has worked in the field of orthodontics since 2006 and enjoys the process of transforming patients' smiles into beautiful smiles with exceptional care. "Dr. Gust has a great personality and work ethic," she says. "He makes work exciting by including the staff in the process of changing patients' smiles." She likes being able to work with an experienced group who help each other to get the best results for each patient. Monica and her husband Michael have been married since September of 2004 and were just blessed with their first daughter, Marisa, January 3, 2008. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with family and watching the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals.
