I called Bartlet plumbing one morning, after we woke up to discover we had no water in our house. 2 guys showed up within a couple of hours. They took a look and told us that we needed a new pump and pressure tank. Deron called me with an estimate. They completed the entire job within several hours. Now, first off, the last time we needed to call a plumber was a year ago, that guy came out, was here for an hour or so, and we haven't had to call a plumber for over a year! We couldn't remember the name of the guy so we flipped through the yellow pages and found Bartlett Plumbing. We called this place 6 days ago. They came right out and were incredibly pleasent. They got the job done fast (30 minutes or so) and everything appeared well and good! We were incredibly greatful. Within a couple of days our plumbing was acting up again. Now 6 days later our bathtub isn't draining at all! We called them and told them the problem and they told us we would have to pay AGAIN for them to come out. The guy swore up and down he did it right, but obviously if you compare a year to 6 days something was done wrong. Don't waste your money! Call someone that costs more cause I'll bet it's better then having to have the same person come out twice (at $75 a pop). Wish I could have remember the last guy cause he only cost $60 and pipes were good for a year!
