He is not even a Trane dealer! Why does he have Trane in the picture above?

Horrible company. My mother paid them $2000 in August 2009 - yes 2009 - to install new central heat and air/duct work in her house. She is supposed to give them another $2000 upon completion of the job. She had to go the entire winter without heat, and here we are at the beginning of the hot weather and she is without cool air also. They started the work, and would sporadically come out whenever they felt like it to "work" some more. Maybe an hour or two here and there. Phone calls go unanswered for the most part, other times they say they will come out and don't show up. Even phone calls to the "owner" of this company can't seem to yield any results. Seems to me it is bad business to start a job and 9 months later, still not have it finished. My mother is elderly and I have advised her not to give these crooks another penny, hire someone else to finish the job, and sue these jokers for the work. I am also filing a complaint with anyone who will allow it, including the BBB. I would advise anyone in Hutchinson to steer very clear of this so called business. Just awful. They don't even rate one star - there needs to be negative stars here....
