I am a frequent patron of the Airport Steak House because my parents love it and we often meet there when I visit Hutchinson. And while I love the atmosphere of the steak house (and the company of my parents), I am consistently disappointed at the mediocre quality of their food. Today, my experience was especially bad. We visited over lunch and I had the patty melt for the first (and last) time. I chose to order off of the menu because the lunch buffet looked particularly unappetizing today. But the patty melt tasted like bad school cafeteria food and the service was so slow that it was cold by the time I got it. Even though my parents really love this restaurant, I'm just going to have to work on finding another place in Hutchinson that we all can enjoy.

This place has the best lunch buffet in town, food is AWESOME!!! Me and my 350 law enforcement co-workers go very often. Can't go wrong, guaranteed. These people scoring this place a single star must have been on something at the time. I would gladly provide a drug screening to determine what substance they are using.

As I read other reviews, I'm surprised about the negative experience with Sunday Brunch. Our experience has been it is, by far, the best brunch we've ever had! The prime rib is phenomenal, and the Brunch includes fried chicken, an enormous salad bar, and every possible dessert your heart could wish for. I highly recommend the Sunday Brunch.

Their food during the lunch hour is cold and service very very slow. I will never eat their again way over priced.

$18.00 for an undercooked steak and a boring potato sitting on a plain white plate. Not even a piece of garnish to dress it up. Waitstaff is good, food is not. It's like they just don't care about the food.

I have eaten here twice, many years apart. It still reminds me of something you would get at Denny's. It will likely be a few more years before I eat here again.

Open daily. We always have enjoy the buffet for lunch. It's a good excuse for us to make a trip to Hutchinson. On the buffet, they have many salads to choose from, real mashed potatoes, and great fried chicken. We hear they are famous for the steak and onion rings, we'll have to try it next time. Casual dress is fine.

the airport is THE place to go in hutch for prime rib. thick, flavorful & juicy, i have always been served a generous portion perfectly prepared to medium rare. (any other way & it's just good roast beef - & thank god they don't smoke it!) the airport is always busy, so you're taking your chances by walking in. i make reservations & have consistently been promptly seated when i arrive. along with all the people comes a lot of noise - especially the closer you are to the kitchen or bar. so get a window seat when you can & maybe you'll see a plane or 2!

This place has the worst Sunday brunch I have ever seen. The prime rib is pretty good, but nothing special
